Guide: How to Install Eldor's Meta App
Eldor enables e-commerce brands to deploy conversational AI agents for shopping, customer support and cart recovery in both WhatsApp and Instagram chats. Follow this guide to connect your store.

Step 1: Visit Eldor's Admin Page
Open admin.eldor.ai and use SSO to log in or sign up.
Step 2: Create or connect your store
Connect your store from platforms like Shopify, or create one from scratch on Eldor.
Step 3: Connect the Meta app
Go to Settings → Integrations and open Meta App, or navigate directly to admin.eldor.ai/settings/integrations/meta. Connect via Facebook login.
Step 4: Complete the installation
Work through the connection flow:
- Connect your account to Eldor’s app
- Fill in the required business details
- Select your WhatsApp Business account to connect
- Select the catalog Eldor’s shopping agent will access
- Finish the final step to complete installation
- Status changes to "Connected" once everything is done
Step 5: Create your WhatsApp shopping agent
Once connected, set up your first WhatsApp shopping agent from the admin dashboard.
