Guide: How to Install Eldor's Meta App

Eldor enables e-commerce brands to deploy Conversational AI Agents for shopping, customer support and cart recovery in both WhatsApp and Instagram chats for brands. Follow this easy 3 4 step guide on how you can deploy one for your store.

Step 1: Visit Eldor's Admin Page

Open https://admin.eldor.ai and use SSO to login/signup.

Step 2: Create/Connect the store (if not done already)

You can either connect your store from platforms like Shopify or create one from scratch on Eldor.

Step 3: Navigate to settings > integrations and connect meta app

You can directly open this url (https://admin.eldor.ai/settings/integrations/meta) too to access the meta app integration.

Step 4: Navigate to settings > integrations and connect meta app

Spot Meta app in settings > integrations or you can directly open this url (https://admin.eldor.ai/settings/integrations/meta) too to access the meta app integration. You can connect via Facebook login.

Step 4.1: Connect your account to Eldor's app

Step 4.2: Fill in the required business details

Step 4.3: Select your WhatsApp Business account that needs to be connected

Step 4.4: Select the catalog which Eldor's conversational shopping agent will have access to.

Step 4.5: Finish the final step to complete the app installation.

Step 4.6: Status of the app will change to "Connected" once everything is done.

Step 5: Create WhatsApp shopping agent.

You go to agents > shopping assistant > add agent. Give it a name, profile pic and detailed prompt on how it should respond and behave during customer interaction. Only after that your WhatsApp bot will become active.
