At eldor.ai, we prioritize your privacy and provide a straightforward process for you to request the deletion of your personal data. If you have interacted with our platform via Facebook or other social logins, you may request that your associated data be removed from our systems at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please choose one of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our support team to have your data manually purged:

  1. Email: support@eldor.ai

  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request

  3. Required Info: Please provide the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.

Method 2: Facebook App Settings

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also manage your data permissions directly through your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  2. Click on Apps and Websites.

  3. Select Eldor AI - Agentic Commerce OS.

  4. Click Remove.

Our Processign Timelines

Once we receive your request at support@eldor.ai, our team will:

  1. Verify your account details.

  2. Permanently delete your user profile and associated activity data from our active databases.

  3. Send you a confirmation email once the process is complete (usually within 3-5 business days).

Important Considerations

  • Finality: Please note that data deletion is permanent. Once your data is removed, it cannot be recovered.

  • Legal Retention: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate security purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
