Guide: How to Give Access to Eldor's Team on Your Meta Business
Eldor enables e-commerce brands to deploy conversational AI agents for shopping, customer support and cart recovery in both WhatsApp and Instagram chats. Follow this guide to give Eldor's team access to your Meta Business.

Step 1: Visit Eldor's Admin Page
Open admin.eldor.ai and use SSO to log in or sign up.
Step 2: Create or connect your store
Connect your store from platforms like Shopify, or create one from scratch on Eldor.
Step 3: Connect the Meta app
Go to Settings → Integrations and open Meta App, or navigate directly to admin.eldor.ai/settings/integrations/meta. Connect via Facebook login.
Step 4: Grant Eldor access to your Meta Business
From the same Meta app integration screen, grant Eldor's team the access needed to manage your WhatsApp Business and Instagram connections.
Step 5: Create your WhatsApp shopping agent
Once access is granted, set up your first WhatsApp shopping agent from the admin dashboard.
