Commerce is a conversation. We gave it a brain.

Eldor started with a simple observation from Indian D2C: the brands that reply fastest, sell most. So we built a platform that replies instantly, sells honestly and never sleeps.

Why we exist

Every D2C founder we met was drowning in the same water: Instagram DMs answered at midnight, carts abandoned while support slept, agencies charging retainers to send template blasts. The tools on offer were built for ticket queues in another market. India runs on WhatsApp, on Hinglish, on COD, on trust built one conversation at a time.

So we built Eldor: a platform that lives where your customers already are, speaks the way they type, and treats every conversation as what it really is, revenue waiting to happen.

How we work

Three things we refuse to compromise.

Outcomes, not dashboards

We report recovered rupees and resolved conversations, not vanity metrics. If the number does not move, we have not done our job.

Trust before automation

The agent never guesses on refunds, never fakes being human, never gambles with a customer relationship you spent years building.

Live in a day

Software that takes a quarter to deploy is a promise, not a product. Eldor earns its keep in the first week.

We're hiring.

Marketing, sales and engineering internships, remote, real ownership from week one.
